I am really disappointed in your customer service

I am really disappointed in your customer service. My unit had the warranty engine seal broken upon arrival. I noted this and sent a note. No reply, nothing. The oil filling plan is ridiculous. I ended up needing to buy another container because half of it ended up inside the machine. I open the machine to clean it up and there is a big ass fill port (Also how I figured out the engine seal decal was broken). Why do you have to fill it from the bottom? When someone spends $500 on a product they expect that customer service will be engaged and willing to help. Do better.

I own both a Mpro and the new Mpro2 (2 locations)

I own both a Mpro and the new Mpro2 (2 locations) absolutely the best pressure washer you can find for the money and on a 15a circuit. I loved my original unit, and everything they did was an improvement. Stop/start response is almost instant now, and unit is quieter. Plus when you need help you talk to real people in California that want to help.

Fantastic pressure washer for car detailing and washing cars

Fantastic pressure washer for car detailing and washing cars. Provides 2.3 gpm all day long. I was already pleased with the first MaxFlow pressure washer, then I decided to get another one so that I could have one in the garage and one in my detailing vehicle. Simple to operate and when combined with the Griots Boss Foam Cannon with the metering inserts, provides rich foam on demand.

Previous to the MaxFlow pressure washers, I had 2 RYOBI 1.8 pressure washers that also worked well and I was pleased with. Then my brother bought me my first MaxFlow pressure washer and I was hooked from the get go. Still like the RYOBI 1.8, and if that’s what you can afford right now, it will do the job well. But if you reach a point where you can spend a few hundred more dollars, the MaxFlow is in a whole different league. And when considering the price, there is nothing out there that comes close.

Best pressure washer up to date.

I detail cars at my home garage and have used the greenworks 2700 psi for about 4 years now. This upgrade to Maxflow Gen 2 was like night and day difference. I instantly feel the pressure at a lower psi which is great and safe for car paint and the rinsing ability of over 2 gpm makes detailing so enenjoyable. I detailed 3 vehicles is 2 days and throughly enjoyed the process so much more thanks to this new pressure washer. It is small and compact and I plan on using it for mobile detailing in the future. The price is truly amazing for what you get. Set up was easy with the oil change and the quick connect bundle that came with it. Teflon tape was used. No leaks at all. It is not loud like my previous pressure washer. The sound is very pleasant.

Smart Tech That Maximizes Performance While Keeping You Safe

The most impressive part of the MaxFlow MPro 25 Gen 2 is how the software regulates the GPM and prioritizes PSI to keep the amperage below 15 amps with various nozzle and foam cannon orifice sizes. It really takes the guess work (or hardcore data collection and analysis) to select nozzles for best rinse off and foam cannon orifice selection for the best foaming without over-amping the unit or circut.

Traditional pressure washer systems that are 2.0+ GPM would need a 1.35 orifice in a foam cannon to keep the unit under 15 amps. In many cases, this leads to lower foam production because of two reasons, lower PSI to effectively aerate the mixture for good foam AND higher GPM running through the foam cannon means more soap must be used to balance the higher amount of water flowing through the foam cannon.

With the MaxFlow MPro 25 (both Gen 1 and Gen 2), a 1.25 orifice offered the best foam production that I've seen from the QUIVR (MJJC Pro V2) foam cannon. The amps stayed at a rock solid 14.6 amps, 980 PSI with the water flow reduced to 1.6 GPM. This allowed for standard soap dilutions as the foam cannon was operating under the designed parameters.

For rinsing, the supplied 4.5 nozzle offered the best cleaning units / impact force numbers. It was interesting to try a smaller 3.4 nozzle and see the software reduce flow to 1.65 GPM which resulted in a higher 945 PSI and instead of over-amping as would happen with traditional pressure washers, the amps stayed at the target of 14.6. Although the higher PSI sounds like it might offer "more power" the lower GPM proved that the factory combination of PSI / GPM with the supplied 4.5 nozzle offered optimized performance.

Great job in designing a very smart, compact, powerful pressure washer solution. I look forward to see what MaxFlow offers in the future!

Awesome pressure washer!

This compact, portable, and incredibly powerful pressure washer is a game-changer. I used to have a 2.3-gallon-per-minute, 2300-psi GreenWorks pressure washer, and this one has twice the power! While Greenworks advertised numbers are inflated, Maxflows numbers are not! You can feel the 2.5 gallons per minute and the 1500 to 2000 psi. The rinsing speed of soap from my car is twice as fast compared to my old pressure washer, and the power to push my foam cannon is also twice as good. The trigger pull delay is almost nonexistent. Overall, this pressure washer is fantastic so far. The only complaint I have is the lack of power cord management. It just lays on the unit when rolled up, and there’s nowhere to store it on the unit. The same goes for the pressure washer hose.

Hello Rashad! Thank you for your review and for sharing with us how the MPRO 25 is working out for you. We love the pictures and especially how you have the unit mounted on your wall, Looks Fantastic! We also appreciate your feedback about the power cord. We can submit your comment to our design team for their feedback and see if something can be done for any future models, THANK YOU SIR and WELCOME TO THE MAXFLOW FAMILY!

Great little unit. Packs a punch!

I purchased the Pro 25 MK1 back on September 21 and finally got to use it yesterday on October 12, 2025. I wanted to purchase a specific brand foam cannon and short gun (Quivr brand) and had to wait until they came back in stock.

Only problem is, as I was going to wash our new Tesla for the first time I discovered a huge wasp nest (5" or 6” diameter). Like a flat disk with 50 or more wasps all over it, just under the eave of my house over my bedroom window. Too many wasps to try to spray with wasp spray. Then it struck me. Use my new pressure washer and foam cannon! Happy to report not a single wasp escaped. Blanketed the nest with thick foam. Several fell to the ground, still squirming so I foamed them too. All dead.

The MPro 25 MK1 worked flawlessly. Just like it did in a YouTube review I watched. I knew exactly what to expect, no surprises (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-E1EL82htlk). I don't have any measuring tools to verify the units specifications, but it seems to put out plenty of pressure and water flow as it was intended. I still haven't washed the car as it got too late after dealing with the wasps, but I have no doubt now that it will foam and rinse my car with no trouble.

WOW Michael! So happy our MPro 25 got that job done for you and no-one got stung, swarmed or hurt! It really does 'pack a punch!' Thank you for showing the diversity and a different function and use someone can utilize with this machine other than auto detailing! We love all the pictures you posted too...You have a great aim!!! Thanks again for sharing your experience and welcome to the Maxflow Family! Teresa

This is my 1st Pressure washer, andI love it!!!

Overall I'm happy I purchased.

The pressure washer itself performs great for the most part. My uses for it is car washing & driveway cleaning using a surface disc attachment. I received the unit packaged well. Here are my reasons for my 4 out of 5 star rating. Attempting to unscrew all four bolts on the bottom of the unit for mounting purposes revealed one bolt would not unscrew because it is stripped. So now I can only use 3 out of the 4 bolts for mounting the unit. After use, I noticed the surface under the unit was wet when it shouldn't have been. After removing the rear panel of the unit, it was discovered that "wet" was actually oil that leaked out of the unit from the fill bolt/plug not being tight. After tightened, no further issues. The third thing that happened was when pointing the gun down & spraying, the unit cut off with the LED light turning red. I had to power off the unit then back on. This happened 3 times. I like the power and the good GPM flow! I also bought a McKillans Short Gun w Swivel, 45° Extension Wand, Additional Nozzles, Attachnents - Wand - Gun - Accessories Wall Mount Holder, 50' Uberflex Hose, & Stainless Steel Quick Connects. I received a nice foam cannon that works well as a bonus with my MaxFlow order. So that was one less additional item I had to purchase. The unit is stored outside, but within a custom built wood box attached to a CR Spotless Water Filteration system. So it is shielded from direct sun and rain. Excluding my water filteration system set up, the total cost for the MaxFlow unit ($399) plus all the additional accessories mentioned above came to about $570, but I really like it so far. I hope it brings me years of enjoyment!

FAQs

Mpro 25

Below are some common questions about the MAXFLOW Mpro 25.

What makes MAXFLOW Mpro 25 stand out from the electric pressure washer crowd?

In a nutshell, the Mpro 25 is a unique electric pressure washer built around a miniaturized, commercial-grade core. Its crankshaft-driven pump is powered by a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor, delivering high water flow, low energy consumption, exceptional balance, quiet operation, and long-term reliability. While the market is flooded with disposable budget units with overstated specs, and on the other end of the spectrum - pricey, bulky, industrial-grade machines, the Mpro 25 strikes the perfect balance, combining professional-grade performance with a sleek, compact design. It offers consumers the best of both worlds.

What is the best PSI and GPM combination on a pressure washer for car washing?

For general car washing, it is important to balance safe pressure levels with adequate water flow to effectively remove dirt without damaging your vehicle’s paint or trim. Professional car detailers often set PSI around 1100. Setting PSI too high risks damaging the paint depending on the condition of the vehicle body. Higher water flow such as 2+ GPM will allow much faster rinsing and better foam coverage.

What are the differences among crankshaft pump, triplex pump, and swash plate pump in terms of electric pressure washer design?

Crankshaft Pump: The crankshaft drives plungers in a piston-like motion, similar to an engine, delivering superior efficiency, smooth output, and high durability. Most commercial units are serviceable due to this design. The Mpro 25 offers an oil change feature so that users can extend the life of the pump.

Triplex Pump: Often used interchangeably with crankshaft pump. Generally refers to three pistons that can be driven by a crankshaft. When crankshaft-driven, it is considered the gold standard for commercial pressure washers.

Swash Plate Pump: Most common in residential and lower-cost electric pressure washers. It uses a slanted “swash plate” to push pistons back and forth. Units are usually compact and lightweight but less efficient than crankshaft or triplex pumps. Durability is lower and typically not designed for continuous or heavy-duty use. They are usually non-serviceable.

What are the differences among Universal Motor, Induction Motor, and Permanent Magnet Motor in terms of electric pressure washer design?

Universal Motor: Found in most low-cost, consumer-grade pressure washers. Uses brushes and a commutator with very high RPM, often requiring gear reduction. Efficiency is around 55%, wears out faster due to brushes, and is noisy with a high-pitched whine. Not serviceable.

Induction Motor: Found in mid-tier and some commercial electric washers. Uses electromagnetic induction, is brushless, has lower RPM, and often features direct drive. Efficiency is higher (around 70%) and durability is improved. However, it is heavier, bulkier, and still noisy. Typically not serviceable.

Permanent Magnet Motor (PMM): Considered rare and premium in pressure washer applications. Before the Mpro 25, the industry had not offered a high-performance unit that was cost-effective for the general public. The Mpro 25 uses PMM instead of induced magnetism; it’s brushless, variable, and precise with excellent speed control. With high power density, the unit can be built compact and lightweight. PMM efficiency often reaches 85% or more. Durability is significantly increased with no brushes to wear out. It runs smoother and has a low-pitched sound.

What’s the purpose of the light bar on Mpro 25? And what are the meanings of different light bar colors?

The light bar is an integral part of the main unit. Its multi-functional program communicates to the user the power output level, operating status, and even serves as an oil change reminder. Please refer to Table A2 – Light bar Indicator in the Instruction Manual for details.

Who manufactures MaxFlow products?

MaxFlow products are designed, engineered, and patented in-house, and manufactured by the parent company, Vision Industry. We do not outsource manufacturing, simply because we ARE the ultimate manufacturer, since 1989.

Does MPro 25 require oil change?

Regular oil changes are crucial to maximize pump performance, protect internal components from wear and corrosion, preserve the longevity of the machine, and maintain product warranty.

What type of oil should I use on my MPro 25?

It is recommended to use 15W-40 non-detergent, non-foaming, high-quality motor oil specifically formulated for high-pressure washer pumps.

How often should I change the oil on my MPro 25?

It is recommended to change the oil every 80 hours of standard duty working time. The unit features a built-in reminder (see Table A2 – Lightbar Indicator in the Instruction Manual for details). You may change the oil more frequently if deemed necessary.

Why do I have to “purge” the unit before each use?

Air and debris may be present inside the system, which can cause damage to the machine and, in some cases, injury to the operator.

What’s the expected life of MAXFLOW Mpro 25?

The Mpro 25 is designed to last 300 hours or more with proper maintenance and required oil changes. Real-life outcomes may vary depending on the working environment.

What is Intelligent Standby?

Intelligent Standby is an innovative system program designed by MAXFLOW. Under factory default (Normal Mode), once the spray gun trigger is released for 3 seconds, the motor slows down; when the trigger has not been squeezed for 10 seconds, the motor shuts down—entering Intelligent Standby state. Squeezing the trigger again immediately restarts the motor.

What is the difference between Normal Mode and Constant Mode?

Under Constant Mode, when the spray gun trigger is released but not for more than 5 minutes, the motor continues running at working speed. Intelligent Standby is bypassed in Constant Mode, whereas Normal Mode features Intelligent Standby.

What is the advantage of Intelligent Standby mode vs. traditional Total Stop System (TSS)?

TSS mechanically shuts off the motor by sensing pressure buildup when the trigger is released. TSS usually relies on an unloader valve and/or a pressure switch to function. Intelligent Standby is precisely controlled by software, allowing much faster and smoother “coming back to work” response time, reducing kickback and discomfort. Additionally, the built-in program allows mode switching to bypass Intelligent Standby, giving users more control if desired. A good analogy is that TSS is analog, while Intelligent Standby is digital.

What is the amp draw of Mpro 25 and will it trip my circuit breaker?

The Mpro 25 is software-controlled to safely cap the amp draw below 15, which is most common in U.S. households.
